We create kits for making cocktail bitters, mixers, infusions, and other drinks at home. All of our kits are made in Carson City, Nevada, from whole spices, natural flavorings, dried fruits, and other natural ingredients.
Infusion Kit #17 - Hibiscus Cordial
Description Refreshing and inviting, this infusion kit takes sweet and tart hibiscus flowers and gently introduces them to cinnamon and allspice. It's very reminiscent of Agua de Jamaica - a Jamaican hibiscus infusion popular in México. The added cinnamon and allspice give it a warmer and more complex flavor. Dark red and highly pigmented, this hibiscus cordial or syrup is a great alternative to artificially colored and flavored grenadine. This infusion works phenomenally well with ginger or pineapple-flavored vodka to encourage a tropical vibe. You can also try it with ginger ale or a homemade soda recipe. If you want to make your own ginger ale or a variety of other flavors, we have the tools to help. This kit includes three packets of dried flowers and spices to make cordial or syrup. Makes three 750 ml batches.  Please make sure to consult your healthcare provider about what herbs and spices are safe for you to ingest if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any medications, or have any medical concerns.  Ingredients Dried hibiscus flowers, allspice, cassia cinnamon, citric acid (optional).
